The Uneekor EYE XO2 is a premium overhead camera unit, which is its whole appeal: mounted on the ceiling, nothing sits by your feet, giving you a clean, unobtrusive permanent studio with full club data. It's superb for a dedicated room.
The compromises are that it's not portable, it needs decent ceiling height, and the software packages (Refine+, Ignite) are sold separately, adding to the cost. Buy it if you're building a proper fixed studio and want the tidy, overhead setup with full data. If you need portability or you're on a tighter budget, a floor-standing SkyTrak+ or the cheaper Uneekor QED make more sense.
