As a radar unit it needs depth behind you, and the club data remains limited — it's ball-first. Buy it if you want an updated, no-subscription budget radar for practice. If you want full club data and GSPro-grade sim play, step up to the Mevo Gen 2 Pro or the Mevo+, which add the data and software support the base unit doesn't.
